My name is Juli and I am passionate about guiding you on your healing or overall wellbeing journey; whether that means healing from trauma, breaking the cycle of abusive relationships, building your self-esteem, designing a life you deserve or simply enjoying energy healing to support the ups and downs that everyday life can sometimes bring us.
My mission is to assist all of my clients to greatly enhance their wellbeing and to also teach them self-help tools & resources that they can take away with them to use in between sessions to further build their self-esteem and resilience.
I’ve experienced my own emotional turmoil over the years and appreciate how the right kind of therapy, combined with an empathetic ear and validation can make a world of difference in times of need. We all deserve to live the best lives that we can, but sometimes we may need some guidance to remove blockages, so we can realise our true potential.
I offer you a non-judgemental, supportive, safe space where you can bring your troubles to me in complete confidence. Sessions are usually conducted via Zoom or Skype, although I do have some face to face availability if preferred, at my therapy rooms in both Central London (at the bottom of Harley St, 5 mins from Oxford Circus tube) and Earls Court.
